Stages of Cooking Quinoa Mini Pizza:

First step:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees Celsius) and allow it to preheat.

Second step:

Choose a container in which you will bake the pizza and grease its surface with a little oil or place a parchment paper on it to prevent the pizza dough from sticking.

You can use pizza dough or prepare your own pizza dough using quinoa flour.

Third step:

Cook the quinoa grain. Start by pouring some water into a saucepan and placing it over heat until it reaches boiling temperature. Then add the quinoa grain along with a pinch of salt to the boiling water and let it cook until the water is absorbed.

Fourth step:

Once the quinoa grain is cooked, mix the cooked quinoa, egg, grated Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Mix them well until they are fully combined.

Fifth step:

Take a small handful of the quinoa mixture and shape it into a small pizza slice. Place it on the greased container or parchment paper. Repeat this process until you have used all the quinoa mixture, leaving some space between each slice.

Sixth step:

If you want to use chicken fillets in your pizza, you can cut them into small pieces and place them on top of the pizza at this stage. (The use of chicken fillets in this recipe is entirely optional, and individuals following a vegetarian diet can omit the chicken.)

Seventh step:

Place the quinoa mini pizzas in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the edges become firm and golden, and the chicken is fully cooked.

Eighth step:

Remove the quinoa mini pizzas from the oven and let them cool slightly. Keep the oven on.

Ninth step:

After cooling, spread a thin layer of pizza sauce on each slice of pizza, leaving a small border around the edges.

Tenth step:

Sprinkle grated mozzarella cheese on top of the sauce and then fill your pizza with desired toppings. You can add mushrooms, bell peppers, and olives at this stage. Keep in mind that the choice of toppings is up to you, and you can substitute or omit any of the mentioned ingredients.

Eleventh step:

Place the semi-cooked pizzas back in the oven and bake for another 8 to 10 minutes until the cheese melts and the toppings are cooked to your preference.

Twelfth step:

Remove the quinoa mini pizzas from the oven and allow them to cool for a few minutes before serving.

Quinoa mini pizzas can be enjoyed as appetizers, snacks, main meals, or alongside fresh salads. You can also serve this dish as a tasty, new, and diverse appetizer at parties and gatherings, and savor the flavors.
